This briefing expanded Steve’s 2009 theory that: 1. toilet flush aerosolization at the Metropole Hotel was the source of the 2003 SARS pandemic and also at the Amoy Gardens airborne SARS event which infected over 300 people downwind of 1 SARS infected person. 2. Flu season results from low indoor humidity allowing airborne flu to live longer and infect more people.
